Lemon & Cucumber

INGREDIENTS

10 oz Porto Alegre Lemon concentrate.
½ Big cucumber (approximately 8.8 oz )
50 oz of water

PREPARATION

- Wash and disinfect the cucumber, cut a slice and taste it to detect bitterness.
- Later cut it and blend it completely with a portion of the water and the concentrate.
- Mix with the rest of the water and the concentrate.
- Note: If you prefer you can percolate the blended cucumber before mixing with the drink, in this case is recommended to blend the cucumber with water instead of concentrate to avoid the loss of flavor given by the concentrate. Other option is to add lemon juice and salt, to this amount of beverage is needed ½ salt tablespoonful and 1 lemon juice tablespoonful.
