Mango Habannero Pepper


½ Gallon of Mango Porto Alegre® Concentrate 
 tbls of salt 
tbls of garlic powder 
1/3 cup of habanero pepper sauce 
tbls + 1 tsp of ground black pepper 
¼ cup of cornstarch 
¼ cup of water 


Pour the Mango Porto Alegre® Concentrate in a saucepan Cook on the stove at medium-high temperature Add the salt, garlic powder, with a spoon as to avoid lumps to be formed Separately, mix the cornstarch with a cup of water and set aside Gradually add the rest of the ingredients (except for the cornstarch) and continue stirring When the mixture starts to boil, gradually add the cornstarch mixture stirring slowly and steadily Let the mixture boil for one minute and then turn off the stove Let the mixture cool and enjoy!!! *The dressing lasts 2 to 3 months in refrigeration.
